Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile Office Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our dining and common areas are always presentable, managing various filing tasks, coordinating with team members, and assisting in the organization of company events.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office dining and common areas.

Manage and file documents efficiently, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate with office staff to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Assist in planning and coordinating internal events and meetings.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
