Our client, a innovative manufacturer who is bringing the “internet of things” to all types of kitchen applications is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of their recruiting and talent function.

You will be charged with pipeline building, recruiting, planning and working with hiring managers to continue to build out a top notch group of business and technical professionals.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute the entire life cycle of talent acquisition including job postings, proactive recruiting, applicant tracking and the full interview process
  • Work with hiring managers to anticipate business need and create robust pipelines to address those needs.
  • Run on-campus recruiting efforts including attending career fairs and networking with placement professionals.
  • Conduct phone screens and in person interviews
  • Update and send out new-hire/employment packages, coordinate start dates

Requirements
  • A strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition. Some knowledge of technical recruiting highly preferred.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects at once and the ability to juggle sometimes changing priorities as needed.
  • A strong business sense - you can speak with hiring managers and understand what they need, why they need it and who should fill the role.
