Enterprise SaaS Sales - AI - Uncapped Upside!

Our client, a cutting edge (Next Gen AI and Security) a well established, VERY well funded SaaS platform for Customer and Client Service Automation is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to continue to bring their suite of automation solutions to Enterprise Customers across the country.

This role brings very competitive compensation and unlimited upside of commissions (with a structure that gets more agressive as you sell more) and the opportunity to sell a highly impactful technology solution.

You must be very comfortable in the C Suite of very large companies as your call points will be CIOs, CTOs and Global Heads of Customer Service. A background selling a SaaS or technology drive product is necessary - you will be expected to be able to converse well regarding SaaS, AI, Automation and Information Security.

You will work very closely with the Customer Experience Team which owns responsibility for driving success of each customer program.

Responsibilities
  • Source and develop potential enterprise customers including the key decision makers and business heads.
  • Consult (Consultative Selling is at the heart of this role!) with prospects regarding customer situation and needs, ask smart questions and listen for both literal answers and the motivations, ambitions, and fears that underpin them
  •  Build and maintain strong trust relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain a strong awareness of market changes in order to tweak decisions you may have already made and communicate them internally
  • Use technical know-how to effectively communicate the program's capabilities in a trustworthy manner

What's required:
  • Proven sales success in the Enterprise arena. Experience within at least one SaaS / technology / technical start-up is required.
  • Experience working within a large enterprise is some capacity preferred as it will give you a window into the decision making process and culture of very large organizations.
  • Authoritative, crisp and impactful written and oral communication skills that enable decision making and execution
  • Strong discipline for managing, organizing, and constantly re-prioritizing many tasks that may exceed your current bandwidth or capabilities
  • The ability to inspire with a vision, but more importantly, play a lead role matching up what we do with the customer s most important and urgent needs so we can bring them to reality quickly.Hold a strong moral compass and be known as a solid person of integrity
