Our client, a Brooklyn based, rapidly growing, provider of HCM (Payroll and related services) is seeking a high potential sales professional to manage their growing sales team and to represent their offering to the SMB market and to grow into a Sr. Management role as they continue to expand.

Our client is young, has a EXCELLENT work culture (positivity and teamwork) and will provide SUPERB support to the Sales Manager including mentorship by some of the best long time industry veterans.

This position brings competitive compensation and benefits with the upside of a career path into management with a compensation structure of base, commission, quarterly bonus and benefits.


A history of B2B sales to SMBs is required, experience with HCM is not required for this role

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day to day sales operations of the company including people management and the implementation of best practices.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales force a drive a can do culture across the board.
  • Deepen relationships consulting with clients and strategically cross-selling into existing accounts by presenting our client's full suite of solutions.
  • Collaborate daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
Requirements.
Bachelor's Degree • 0-5 years successful sales experience • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas. BONUS POINT FOR THESE: (Preferred qualifications) • Prior business-to-business sales experience • Excellent oral and written communication and customer relations skills • Well-organized with highly effective time and activity management skills • Mature and self-confident with the ability to work under pressure
